Terms and Conditions

• Certificate of Authentication will be provided with each purchase and with each commissioned artwork.

 

• All the paintings are copyrighted by the name of the Artist.

 

• Reproduction rights are reserved and reproduction of the artworks by any manner whatsoever without the express permission in writing from the artist is subject to violation of the copyrights act.

 

• In both cases of selling of independent creative artworks and commissioned artworks, Artist is authorised to exert her paintings for archival purpose and reprinting in the future. 

 

• No Instalment facility is available for purchasing existing artworks.

 

• For the payment of commissioned artwork two options are available :    

 

             i) Option 1 : (2 instalments)

 

                   1. 40 percent of the whole amount at the starting of the project.(Non-refundable in case of cancelling the order midway).

                   2. Rest 60 percent after finishing the whole project.

 

             ii) Option 2 : (3 instalments)

 

                   1. 35 percent of the whole amount at the starting of the project. (Non-refundable in case of cancelling the order midway).

                   2. 20 percent at the time of progress.

                   3. Rest 45 percent after finishing the whole project.

 

• All sales are final and non-refundable.

 

• Payment via Online mode is suggested in all kinds of transactions. 

 

• Delivery charge is not included in the Total cost and the mode of delivery can be altered/modified according to the client's convenience. Please check our Shipping and Returns Policy for more details.
